Right wing law maker, Geert Wilders, has been banned from Great Britain from his hate film 'Fitna' He has been allowed to show his film in America, becuase of our freedom of speech - some have said that his rights should not be heard since it is of hate only. Here is the newsarticle on it: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,490849,00.html I really cant believe he is allowed to show his movie in America, it shows pictures of the terrorist attacks along side quotes from the Qur'an. He is Dutch, and has created animosity in his own country between Christians and Muslims and is now trying to create it all over the world confused * How does this make you feel? * If you were in Washington DC, would you protest or just let his film fall on deaf ears?

Ahahahahaha, look at him rofl rofl rofl rofl From what century he thinks he is from??? Must be a English diplomat 3nodding rofl lol
I really don't care, i mean people used to harsh me alot when i was little... Now i'm old, and i am not weak. And i can even kill them... Just say it to a blackhaired arabic gangster, and his gang whill shoot him anyways...
I don't understand why people in muslim lands get angry if someone called muslims strong and powerbombs ore whatever... I mean, that's a comliment ^^
Why should i protest? Is that movie soo much worth, soo i shall waste my worthful time on protesting???
I got a life... Maybe if i was poor and living in the streets and had no life, i could protest for fun...

If you were living on the streets, Zaaki, I'd hope you'd have the good sense to spend your time finding a job and food rather than protesting films.
I don't like hate. I don't like ignorance. I don't like any of that. But I do have to say, we have freedom of speech in America. So, whether I disagree or not, he does have a right to make and show his film. Of course, people have the option of simply not watching it.

People who had nothing to do, just burned some flags... And danish products... lol I remmember when the news thingy said "Let's hope there is no food in the pack they are burning, cause that would be haram" rofl Neways... Just let him do what he wanto... Not our buisness what film he is making...

uhm, did it ever occur to you that fundamentalist muslims do use quranic verses to justify their bombing attacks? Which is pretty much how they function to begin with. I don't see how that portion is anti-Muslim.
America is a place for freedom of speech, free to mock your president, express opinions about religions, and to have open (and closed)-minded debates.
Thank God I live in America.
And I'd probably watch the film and check his sources to make sure that he wasn't clipping stuff just to look Muslims look bad; a tactic Michael Moore is very fond of in his movies. =/

The_Pathan i hope u ain't donating to him for whatching that film. I don't think it's more than just harshing 3nodding I haven't watched the film yet, but I want to for reasons stated above.
Reading the article, I mean, with him wanting to have a ban on the Qu'ran like Mein Kampf is a bit ironic because he wants to have the freedom of speech applied to him. And silly, in my opinion.
But I still don't see how quoting quranic scriptures that fundamentalist Muslims use to justify their bombings and attacks makes a person automatically anti-Muslim. That part just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Pixie, you forgot a very important reason why the guy left to go promote in the united states. In the next article about him, the guy was getting death threats from Muslims because of his 10 minute movie that he wants to get shown on Nova.
The fact that they're threatening to kill him is a poor reflection on the religion and only strengthens his position and concept about Islam promoting violence.
And you also forgot to mention that the guy who inspired him was murdered by Muslims because the guy that inspired him had a movie about the violence against women in Islam.
And you also forgot to mention that he is collaborating with Muslim professors and scholars, which is in the continuation of your article Here. Please get your facts straight and read the entire article before jumping to conclusions.

How intelligent. rolleyes
And if it's more of a joke, then why are Muslims sending death threats to him?
There's more about the guy than meets the eye. Just reading the first post indicated that he's only a Muslim basher and nothing more. There's more information than that, and the first post is very limited and vague. Reading only certain facts and claiming a certain somebody is an awful individual is a poor way to judge character.

Slick Southpaw The_Pathan i hope u ain't donating to him for whatching that film. I don't think it's more than just harshing 3nodding I haven't watched the film yet, but I want to for reasons stated above. My friends,
Well, someone must have wached the film, I mean a muslim, and he must have got angry because the facts are wrong, and that it's just a hate film, or because (like most muslims) they get angry because they "heard" that it's a bad film about their religion. So the best thing to do, is to watch the film, first and then judge him... They must have seen the film...of course So, the film must have been very very hateful that he got banned from his country..or something like that.
Oooh, I really think I'm smart -_-
My point is: Just leave people alone, and live for yourself, that's better. Yeah, freedom of speech is good, but...yeah..
I wonder how life and how the world would be without any religions, and any differences...so much peaceful I guess...so don't waste your time criticizing other people, my friends.

If it's just a hate film, then it's something easily ignorable. There's plenty of those that float around about any type of individual and backgrounds and religions. Now if it's a coherent criticism of Islam, that's a totally different ballgame here, and it may very well likely be that the guy was misinformed. However, if you judge him to be a hater just because of the movie and don't do your research and judge him based on your current knowledge, well that's just as ignorant. It doesn't stop with just watching the video, it's breaking down the video, seeing if he has accurate sources and whether the sources were clipped to portray a certain viewpoint or whether they are valid.

And some muslims just have no one left to kill. soo they wanto kill him.
