Please..I need To Promote my employee to a manager :(

Ok..I made my sim bought a community lot and i hired good employees...Everything works great and iam earning a good money..But..I need to put a manager there that make the lot works without my sim to go there..Please can anyone tell me how to promote An Employee to a manager and I will be really thankful smile

An employee needs three badges to become a manager.

Something in the back of my brain says three gold badges, but another part of my brain says that's not right.
