Who do you think is the character with the most moe. It can be boy or girl from any anime/manga. My choice would be Mikuru Asahina from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
Moe- Basically any character with that makes otaku (that's us) freak out over the character because he/she is hot in a weird way. (hard to explain)
