I made this a few weeks ago using downloaded brushes with reptile skin and other various scale brushes.
It really came in handy and I'm quite satisfied with it. ^^

Pretty cool looking so far! You may want to bump up some of those highlights to bring it out of the background a bit more.. some elements of the dragon are being lost.
