arrow Participate, be active
arrow Make New Contests, games, etc...

Well, that´s all I know for now, you need to do.

If you wanna become a mod please post here, You have a week of proof, I f I see you are doing a good job, then you will be promoted. Pm me 4 any question or if you do anything outside the guild that I should see.

If someone is promoted to crew and then doesn´t accomplish their duties, will be automatically demoted.

WE CURRENTLY ARE DESPERATE FOR AN ARTIST. ANYONE WHO APPLIES WITH ONE BANNER FOR THE FRONT PAGE, A 200x40 ONE AND TWO SIGNATURES IMAGES WILL BECOME CREW. IF THEY ARE GREAT OF COURSE.

arrow Hacer nuevos contest, juegos, temas, etc...

Si quieren convertirse en un mod posteen aki, estaras una semana a prueba y si veo que estas haciendo un buen trabajo entonces seras promovido. Me mandas un mensj por cualquier pregutna o si haces cualquier otra cosa fuera del guild que deberia ver.

Si alguno se convierte y luego no cumple con sus responsabilidades sera automaticamente convertido en un miembro normal.

AHORA ESTAMOS DESESPERADOS POR UN ARTISTA. CUALQUIERA QUE APLIQUE CON UN BANNER PARA EL FORUM PRINCIPAL, UNA IMAGEN 200x40 Y DOS IMAGENES PARA LA SIGNATURE SERA CONVERTIDO EN MOD. SI SON LO SUFICIENTEMENTE BUENAS CLARO.

Es una persona que puede invitar gente desde el guild, aceptar invitaciones; puede eliminar, bloquear o mover topics; tiene q hacer lo que yo escribi arriba y mas cosas,,,

Hola, se que tengo pocos post en el foro del guild pero soy muy bueno hablando español (Soy nativo).
And im good talking in english too.
Soy activo, tengo bastantes posts en el foro y he sido mod en multiples cargos (No crew de guild, pero supongo que es lo mismo que ser un mod de foro comun con algo mas de responsabilidades).
Solo queria que me tuvieran en cuenta porque se que hay como un 75% de posibilidades de que no me hagan mod con este simple post.

Mod (moderador) es alguien con la suficiente paciencia y justicia, conocimientos y ganas de ayudar, como para atendernos a todos, en nuestras preguntas... cuestiones y hasta a veces en nuestras discusiones.
No es una tarea fracil, pero si es una tarea tremendamente activa y que produce bastantes satisfacciones sobre todo cuando ves que tu trabajo ha servido de ayuda a otros.

Mod (moderator) is someone with enough patience and justice, knowledge and who wants to help, able to attend all of us in our questions... doubts and even sometimes discusions.
Is not an easy job, but is is super active and producing a lot of satisfactions, over all when you see your job is helping others.

No te sientas ignorada cariño, la tarea d eun moderador no es facil, son demasiadas cosas las que ha de atender al mismo tiempo, y aunque no siempre son capaces de atendernos con la frecuencia/asiduidad y rapidez que nosotros quisieramos, ten por seguro que hacen mas de lo que pueden.
