	I consider Anime to be anything created by anyone of the Asian influence (& yes, Russian counts) that fits a certain criteria, such as the large eyes, etc. For example, just because Seth McFarlene is Japanese doesn't make Family Guy an anime because t doesn't fit the criteria. But that's just my opinion.
