I have been just about been everywhere and nothing hit me as a YOU'RE SCREWED kind of feeling.

The deathclaw sanctuary can really make you feel effed if you're not ready for it. Also, if you don't have the Animal Friends perk, you could get messed up in the Yao Guai cave.

My evil account does not have the animals friend perk. And they are so quiet I almost died there.
Would the capital building and a little bit around be dangerous?

i think its the deathclaw sanctuary...its got a wierd scary feel to the place. and if your not ready for it your gonna get owned.

I went into it with a lvl 9 with power armour and frankly got my butt handed to me. I think death claw sanc wins

the only other place that makes me s**t pretzels is that one build by tenpenny tower (not dunwich) its kinda like destoryed and stuff kinda gives that wired like im not really surposed to be here huh? type scare
