Tick season

It probably doesn't need to be said but I'll do it anyway as a public service reminder of sorts.
It's tick season! Be sure to wear your tick and bug repellent. A couple people hit one of my deep woods caches today at lunch and said they found 7 ticks between them afterwards. Be sure to have someone check you out where you can check yourself too.

I am not usually the first to endorse organic products but I do have to suggest this product. http://www.badgerbalm.com/pc-21-2-anti-bug-balm.aspx this stuff does work somewhat against ticks and you can actually use it on your face. I suggest this to all geocachers, sorry if this sounds like an advertisment. Also it smells pretty good, but it can be hard to wash off.

Interesting product. I wonder if it is the same type of stuff in the insect/mosquito repelling candles I use when camping.
