Me and a friend had believed that if one draws pentacle on the hand, or any part of the body its like a open portal. any spirit can enter or leave.

Is this true?

Also i heard from others that the pentacle is a symbol of venus. true?

No to the first, yes (partially) to the second.

The first isn't true simply because it's an utterly ridiculous notion. You can test it for yourself, if you like.

The second is partly true. I assume by "pentacle" you mean "pentagram", as in the five-pointed star, and not an amulet or talisman. If so, then yes, the pentagram does have associations with Venus, because a pentagram shape is made by the planet around the Sun when its conjunctions are mapped (so says WIkipedia, anyhow).
