Well the grand fighter of them all is coming Summer 2009. Im hoping for a $10 price tag. Here's the achievement/trophy list for everyone. Kinda dissapointed in the multiplayer achievements though....

Perform a 3 part hyper combo. (Multiplayer)

The Best There Is (At What I Do) - 50G
Perform 50 One Character Victories within 20 unique teams. (Ranked Match)

Get Out Of Here!!! - 10G
Perform 10 snapbacks within 20 unique teams. (Ranked Match)

Avengers Assemble! - 20G
Beat the game with Avengers theme team. (Arcade Mode)

I know for sure the last 4 is a guaranteed easy 50 points. Other than that, i cant wait to assemble my best character combination. I cant even remember what my best set up is.

Im looking at the roster and im feeling using Captain America, Strider, and a alternative.
For alternatives im thinking of are Ryu, Cable, Iron Man, Wolverine, Jill.

I say they all have their ups and downs. Some are air combo happy, some are excellent at a distance, then you have your basic all around combo characters. So it all comes down to the players team layout and character combinations. So i say they are all comeptitive. Just depends on how good the person at the controller is? ninja

I lol'd. While I never got to actually play competitively with anyone, I've done my research. Same situation for street fighter 3

I remember playing Marvel vs Capcom on the dreamcast with friends when i was little... but then again we were all button mashers back then blaugh
