After recenlty getting outdoors after a month or two, I met a friend who moved in 3 blocks down. He is a very nice and sophisticated guy. He likes sci-fi and all that, but he isnt a nerd or anything =3

One day, I surprisingly ran into him at my school. My school only has around 120 kids, so it is rare when someone new shows up, especially him. He communed with the others very well. Sadly, my school is known to have retarted people here, so I get a bad rep. I have this disease that makes me get furriated and out of control very easily ( but I can control it ) But I forgot how to spell it.

Well, one day, I was reading my really long RedWall book, when I looked over at what my friend was reading. Turns out, he was reading a furry comic. No, not one of the porn ones, but a comic, nontheless.

After a while, I found out that he liked characters like starfox and stuff, which are anthromorphic creatures. I even saw him drawing them before.

He seems like he could be a furry, but he doesnt know anything about the fandom-ish stuff.

In other words, do you think I should tell him fandom-ish stuff and etc. ?

Hrm...if you're close friends, go for it. As long as you don't push it too hard, or sound like you're advertising, it should be fine.

Hey. That's why you joined the guild was to get away from rude comments, no? You don't need to worry about that here. ^^ Just sayin`... Relax, alright?

I'd say to maybe just have a conversation, and mention it at some point. If he's interested, well... tell him more... Maybe even get him to join gaia and ask the guild here... That way he has a slightly more innocent group to ask questions to rather than going on SL or Furcadia or FurAffinity and finding out most people join it for their random outrageous fetishes... which isn't true, but tends to stand out quite a bit. ^^;
