The Deceitful and the DemureI saw a role-play where there were the catty popular girls and the shy pariahs both participating in the war of love. As typical and over-done as it first appeared to me, I saw the allure in watching the events unfold under separate lenses as the characters' opposing personalities revealed different interpretations. So! I thought I would try my hand at starting a similar role-playing thread. ~romance allowed, but keep it clean, kids, as per Gaian rules
~don't ignore other role-players if you can help it
Story: The story will take place in a modest high school surrounded by wilderness (woods, a lake, etc.). The school runs on a quarter system (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). (more will be added later)
Quarter: Fall: new school year starts! time for enrollment!

The Deceitful
Cupcakechan ENROLL MEUsername: Cupcakechan RPCharacter's Name: Rei Age: 17 Appearance: Miss Rei Personality: She's quick-witted and sharp-tongued. She talks back to the teachers, and is often in detention. She seems to list everyone as enemies, but is a sweet doll for the boys (of course this is a front). The only person she truly gets along with is her vagabond, kleptomaniac mother. Char's History: Her parents are divorced, and she lives with her father who is usually out of the house on business, so she usually has the run of the place herself. Her mother visits her every month and the two of them go on "errands" (these errands include theft, mostly). Deceitful-or-Demure(or Chivalrous)?: Deceitful xomorbida_b_weirxo ENROLL MEUsername: xomorbida_b_weirxo RPCharacter's Name: Travis Bentley aka Trav or Travie Age: Eighteen Appearance: {click} Personality: bipolar, depressed, sensitive, faithless, lascivious, arrogant, determined, condescending, romantic Char's History: Trav is a total emo kid, complete with the painted-on jeans and the hair-in-eyes. He's sensitive and obsessed with music. He plays guitar in a band called Burning Blood Brothers and writes poetry. But under the surface, there's a facade that's bubbling to boil over. He's into drinking and gambling, and he's a bit of a player. He doesn't cut because he's a bit too arrogant with his looks to ruin himself. Some people think he's a borderline metro, but he doesn't care. He would NEVER go for guys, because he wants the girls with the packages. It's hard to tell where desirable Trav ends and dangerous Trav starts. Deceitful-or-Demure(or Chivalrous)?: Deceitful with a splash of sweetness

She dresses like the Hot Topic crowd, but she's totally herself. She is very helpful, and, although she's usually cautious, is open to making new friends. Although she gets good grades in school, she still feels that her parents are disappointed with her. But she doesn't think she can do anything about it, so she shrugs it off with a so-cal laugh and twinkling eyes. She's an only child, and she takes care of a bunch of animals, because she loves them so dearly. She's a vegetarian, and she's in a band called Eternal Demographic.
