Spire Guard stuff?

I started a new file recently and was in the spire. I got a closer look at the spire guard that normally tells you to go see the commandant, and i wanted to know if you could get that mask or even the hair somewhere in the game? They're so cool and I want them! xp

I know for a fact you cant get the mask and I'm pretty sure you can't get the hair.
