If there are any more you'd like to list here, by all means, please do.
I'd like peoples' opinion on this though.

How about SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS AND WORKBOOKS? I'm sorry for the caps lock, but mistakes in SCHOOL BOOKS just get me so mad! It's always the stuff that the teachers type out for their departments. For example, look at what I found in my Technology worksheets! Quote: Some examples of technology are playstation's, mobile phone's, microwave's, tv's. This was in my Science workbook. Quote: 12. Give three examples of reptiles? It's horrible, but it gets worse. Every single sheet or workbook made by the school is typed up in the font of ultimate evil... COMIC SANS!Edit: When you say peoples', you mean people's, right?

Books. It just shows that the overpaid editors aren't doing their jobs at all.

I like Comic Sans .-. I hate finding grammatical errors in roleplay.... It simply kills the mood, in my opinion.

I use Baskerville Old Face. It's very... sophisticated.
I hate seeing typos in my English classes... Espescially considering that my great-uncle is a renowned English teacher.

Finding them in professors' or students' presentations is the worst for me.
Just the other day, final presentations were being done. The student put "there" when he meant "their". This was done in 96 size font.
I threw a pen at him, and luckily for him, I missed. >.> If you're going to have the font that big, at least double check first!

As a graphic designer, I am obligated to point out that comic sans is the devil. And I have heard papyrus referred to as "the thinking man's comic sans." People just don't know when to let up on that damn font. sad

I hate Comic Sans.
And you know what: Stephenie Meyer didn't even have an editor. Not only did she have terrible grammar whilst writing her Twilight books, but she didn't get an editor. Now she's made millions of dollars off of saying, and I quote, "Neither Edward or Alice ... "

I would have voted for the book, but since subtitles for movies was an option, I voted for that. I'm assuming the published book is at least two hundred pages with a small font. In this instance, it is acceptable, as long as the mistakes are moderate. And, hopefully, they are mistakes. I would give the author and the editor the assumption that they overlooked it, and do not believe the typo is proper. But subtitles in a movie? A movie is not as long as a book. With so many people working on its production, I judge these typos harshly.

DarkElf27 Books. It just shows that the overpaid editors aren't doing their jobs at all. Agreed. I thought there were people just for revising the books. I hate it when I read a book that says "Written by so and so" and "Revised by another person", then I find out that it has more than one typo. What was the "revision" person doing??

I voted for the books option. It is truly pathetic to find major typos (I've seen words that have aboslutely nothing to do with the context completely ignored by any editor that may have read through it) when a book usually goes through months, sometimes years, of writing and revision. It really bugs me.
I have to say, I sort of like Comic Sans. It's a cool style (not the best, but still cool). The only thing is that people use it way too often and in the wrong settings. If you're typing a serious PowerPoint presentation, for instance, use Arial or something instead of Comic Sans. It's all about how it's used.

I hate finding grammer mistakes in books especially school books. Profesional websites that have mistakes are horrible as well.
