im here trying to explain something to all of you.
you have the powoer to do more than anyone in the guild, except for me.
however, you can not make desicions by yourself. that is the exact reason why i started "rokus vice hall" if you want to promote someone, you have to tell me and the other vice capitans before you do it so we can talk about it and decide weather or not it is a good idea. this goes for all vice capitans. and this goes for all major ideas. if you choose to a ct on your own, you will be delt with. this guild is one unit, and we function as a team.
