I'm paranoid.

All day long today, the day I had nothing to do of course, Gaia wouldn't work. Everytime I got on, it would say, "CRITICAL ERROR. Slow down! Slow down, hotshot! You've been loading pages too fast, and our system doesn't like it. Take a break for a few minutes so we can catch up!"
I don't understand why, since I tried going to a different page every five minutes or so, just to test if Gaia worked or not, but it would still say this. Now I'm paranoid and afraid it might happen again, so I'm waiting a few extra seconds between posts and forums so it won't happen again.

You're lucky. I hope it doesn't happen to you, or anyone for that matter. It sucks.

I just logged on after not logging on since yesterday...somewhere around 4:00ish.
So far no problems. I would be paranoid that they would auto ban me thinking I was a bot loading around pages too fast. lol Even though it's most likely just another one of those gaia errors.

I think that's happened to me once.

But that was when I really was loading page after page, clicking around.

I jump around on Gaia a lot though and it's only once I've gotten that messge.

I receive the "Slow Down" message every now and then. I just give the site a rest for a few minutes and then continue what I was doing.

Yeeeeesssssss............. It was scary. the exact same thing happened to me at a forum. I also once accidentally clicked on someone's avi and got stuck on their profile and couldn't get off for ten whole minutes!
