Ok today I had to take my uncle to the hospital to see a doctor about his foot. When I got there the lobby of one of the buildings had an information kiosk. One side had some information all written in Spanish and the other I assume the same information but written in Russian. There wasn't any information in English.

I hear they opened a Wal-Mart here in Phoenix where everything is written in Spanish, and it employs strictly bi-lingual or Spanish-speaking employees. 90-somethingth avenue (not street), on the north side. Strange though, because south Phoenix is famous for its barrios.
