...Am I the only one who isn't into yiff? I've seen just about everyone except some new recruits admit to it. I noticed some people have talked about it as if everyone does look at it and should. I just want to see how many people try and say they never admitted to it.
Sort of gives off the vibe of "Hey every furry looks at it, just not all of us, don't stereotype us."

I am a yiffer... though I try to not look at it a lot. Most of the blame of watching it shifts to me, but I'd like to blame puberty because of it.

I don't mean to be blunt. I'm just not sure why it matters.
It's like this: it's nobody else's business, except that of potential romantic partners, whether you are straight or gay. So you don't talk about it except in specific situations - examples include political activism where it's relevant, or in relationship matters.
Well, in a similar vein, it's nobody else's business if you're furry or not or if you draw, look at or collect furry porn or not - or any porn for that matter.
If you don't make it other people's business, why does it matter what you personally do? They'll never know.

This. If someone asks me, I'm not gonna deny it, but I don't go out of my way to make it a topic of conversation. Same with anything I'm into, really.

It might just be me, people who do, look at that kind of stuff, don't care, those who don't, hate when they get told they're like the ones who do. I don't get off on cartoons. I don't look at cartoons and then reach for my zipper. I'm tired of going on stickam and when people find out they always put me in a group with (QUOTE!!) "the losers who jack off to cartoon animals."

Humans are sex fiends and will hump anything that moves (or doesn't). I have proof! Philia's, all coined and discovered for people by people! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paraphilia (Bit adult, so don't' go there unless you want to read about all sorts of different kinds of sexual phillias.) Google search results! - 77,000,000 for sex [definition]. (0.18 seconds) - 108,000,000 for hot sex. (0.11 seconds) - 126,000,000 for sex advertising. (0.26 seconds) - 48,600,000 for rape [definition]. (0.15 seconds) - 53,200,000 for p***s [definition]. (0.14 seconds) I think we all know how sex obsessed people are. Everyone should be ashamed of them self for contributing to the stereotype that humans are sexual creatures! We all know that this is false. Just look at Sen. Larry Craig! ...Oh...wait, well, look at Congressman Mark Foley! ....Oh, Darnit! Well, surely some level of society doesn't have a sex obsession. (All of these links have various levels of NSFW, but I attempted to get things that were generally acceptable if looking at it from a purely "scientific" point of view.)

Oh, I see. By yiff, you mean porn.
When I saw the thread title I thought this was going to be about cybering.
I check a lot of art sites, daily, some of them are clean, some of them have more mature artwork while other feature nothing but adult works. Most of the time when I am browsing said art it is for the enjoyment of the art itself, regardless of its rating. However, there are times I get in the mood and do specifically go looking for things that arouse me.
I am well aware that pornography is not everyone's thing, but almost everywhere else I hangout, besides Gaia, it is a pretty natural and normal subject to discuss and share.
God I am glad I did not grow up in a repressed home.

I look at yiff from time to time, I enjoy erotic art, even though it doesn't turn me on. I don't roleplay yiff or yiff in real life. I'm a fur that hates sex. I don't like feeling aroused, I don't like orgasm, I just like being normal. The art doesn't bother me. I can look at good art and appreciate it no matter what is going on in it. I get bothered when I meet other furs who just assume that I'll yiff(rp) with them. I'm just not into that.

God I am glad I did not grow up in a repressed home. I only go to Fchan for the clean stuff to help me draw things by hand. I like how straight forward Fchan is. "Here's yo girl porn here's yo boy porn here's girl and guy porn here's some word i dont know but i know its porn here's some old school porn and here's clean crap" I only go to the clean stuff. I actually never heard of any fur doing anything like that at all on gaia.
