The Great Wolf Lounge

During a vacation of mine recently, my family brought me to a hotel called, " The Great Wolf Lounge " New down here.

At 1st, I thought it was just a catchy name because of the woods around it, but when I got inside, man, surprise surprise...

There was furry stuff EVERYWHERE!
I had luckily gotten here when a furry con was going on a few miles away, so there were more furry things here than usual.

People in fursuits, giant 5 foot plushies, games, waterpark, even animals were allowed inside.
Most of the time, the place is not like this, so if you have ever gone there Before, you probaly didnt come during this.

But man, it was great!
It was the 1st time I got to mingle with other furries and wear a collar and stuff.
I even won a 3 foot tall wolf plushie and other things there, it was amazing!

The furry con only happens a year there, though, so I got a rare expreience.

But if you can find one near a furry con, man, it is great to go there!
It's like a furry paradise almost. Seriously, they have everything and beyond!
I really think you should go there if you have the time.

EDIT: Not many of these exist ( yet ) And some, so I have heard, have been taken down =(


ALSO, there is a Hotel called " The Great Wolf Lodge " That is not the same as to this one.
So no getting confused.

I've been to the other one you've talked about. It's a waterpark sorta place :3
But this place sounds AWESOME.

I know the one your talking about. I saw one in North Carolina. With A Waterpark and Magi Quest and stuff...

This.... I think it was somewhere near the top of the USA.

I fell asleep on the ride.

There are like, only 3 or so...

I just got lucky enough to visit when it was very furry ( more than usual )

and i have to say that your comment that only one person can put a collar on you was adorable. it's the same for me, though he doesn't live too far away. that makes me happy, because i see random people wearing collars and i asked them where they got it, and they say they just bought it at the store because it looked cool. it kinda deflates me a bit. i have nothing against it (cuz collars do, indeed, rock), i just think it's nice when collars are received from someone.

Someone isnt going to buy me a collar though DX

sounds like you had a blast! I went to a furmeet once when iw as visiting in California last summer. It was great...although there were like 250 furs stuffed into one house xD but it was fun nonetheless!

And on the collar topic o: i have a few, some i've bought, some were given to me~ [like my boyfriends hohoho!] twisted But i like my collar >^^< and my Kitty Paw slippers biggrin
