Fallout 3 is pretty good, although the 'no iron sights' thing is kind of annoying and how 10mm sucks balls when, IRL, it's in the top 5 or so of kick a** handgun rounds.


Also, you can shoot peoples legs and arms off.
And heads?
Well, sometimes they cut off at the neck other times...

Eye balls, bits of brain and parts of bone fly all over the place, and if the head explodes and you're at point blank, your screen gets tinted a fine red.

I got to play some of this today. 10mm is not that bad, really. My 10mm SMG is the best weapon in my arsenal right now. Pretty good damage and knockback, and surprisingly accurate even at long range (even better with Gunslinger and VATS), though I generally use the scoped .44 at that distance. I was walking though an empty street, I saw something move in a nearby building, spun around with the .44 and ******** erased a supermutant's head with a single shot. Total luck, but incredibly hilarious.

Oh yeah, and the minigun is seriously imposing, but totally useless.

No, the Fatman shotgun is better than anything else in the game, or so I hear.

The absolute best player you can make is the Sniper. Max out small arms, and your only fear is Behemoths, but that's why you bring plenty of ammo. cool
