So...my fiance got kicked out last night...and he didn't even do anything. And now they say the mother of his child says his kid can't leave my mother-in-laws property...so my fiance doesn't know when he'll be able to see his child again.

Last night my fiance and I got home at 9 (he'd been working since 5 am). We sat down and watched t.v and were getting ready for bed because he again had to be at work by 5am. Needless to say, my fiance doesn't really have a lot of time to do anything.

His brother Jason, tripped on one of my fiance's toys...and flipped. He picked the toy up and WHIPPED it at the wall...I was ready to say something but my step son wasn't home so I just left it. THan, he started swearing and complaining the house was a mess...and throwing chairs...well my fiance and I are never there. When we are there we tend to help pick up a bit...but we never even eat there.

His brother starts snapping that my fiance isn't helping and my fiance for once, sticks up for himself. He says "I'm never here, this isn't my mess...I worked all day no I'm not going to help." that started a screaming match. For some reason I was brought into it...my mother-in-law threw a phone at my stomach...(for those who don't know I'm pregnant) my fiance SNAPS. She than tells him to get the F out of her house and don't come back.

So now my fiance is sleeping on my couch. I don't have a job because we were in the midst of getting me on unemployment and than soon mothers allowance and baby bonus and now I have to quickly look for a job or my fiance cant see his child. This is so ridiculous and so stressful. I had to call and have a police escort to get my fiance and I's stuff thats how ridiculous this is!

Your mother in law.. should be served an assault charge for throwing a toy at your stomach.

By the way. Technically your mother-in-law has NO rights to detain your Fiance's child. It his HIS child and unless she has custody rights, she can be arrested for confining his child.

And yes yes... Sue her for assault too while you're at it.

Call the services on them. They have unlawfully detained your stepkid, and tried to hurt you while you were pregnant. AND THEY KNEW THIS WHEN THEY TRIED!!! That will get some immediate action.

And....*hugs* You just need some friends who can stand there & hug you. That & help report that the in-laws are unfit to be near children & abuse the fact that they are related.

See this is where my fiance and I are in a bind...we have no place that the child can go to. We called his ex and said "Look this weekend we have no place for your son. It is not safe for him at my fiance's place he's not even living there anymore. I know its last moment but for his sake it's better if you keep him this weekend" her response was "I have plans to go to Niagara Falls and I'm not cancelling them for him. I am bringing my son to your fiance's mom's house and going out of town for the weekend its up to you guys to figure it out. I'm not losing out because of your drama" WTF!?!

No one has custody. They just take turns...my fiance has him 20 days a month and his ex the rest. The only reason were allowing him to stay there is 1. We have no other choice. He can't live with my parents because we have a pitt bull and rottweiler that have never been around children and 2. My fiance's other brother promised to stay and make sure my step son is safe (my fiance's other brother is awesome).

As for charging her, she's honestly too stupid for me to waste my effort. This woman will be going to jail anyway eventually. She gives out her entire information to guys on the internet that she meets and already 2 credit cards are out there that are in her name that she doesn't have. But, I am calling the police and letting them know they should watch the house because I know of 2 people that my mother-in-law is selling her perks and morphines to.

How old is the boy? Can you make arrangements with a reliable friend & family of his? If he has a reliable family friend, you can let him stay there while you finagle out accommodations.

He's 2 years old..all of my fiance's family is mad at him because his mother refused to get surgery she was supposed to because she's mad at him.
My fiance and I are quiet people...work-a-holics (except I dont have a job right now sweatdrop ) so we only have 2 close friends..both who live with their parents

If I didn't want anything to do with him why would he be living with me? And his son? I gave him a kiss before I left, I was trying to take him away from them but they wouldn't let me. My fiance didn't go see his son yesterday because he knew he'd scream at his family and he doesn't want his son to be there for that. It's not safe there.

Oh but apparently they're telling people they "tossed" it to me and I blew it out of proportion. Luckily my mother and fiance were there to back me up.

On facebook my fiance's mother has on her information who her children were. According to her she only has two kids. Her oldest and youngest son, not my fiance. Apparently its been that way for years now but my fiance and I didn't know because we didn't look at her account. How ridiculous is that?
