Well the way I see it is I think the series is gonna end with Naruto beating Sasuke and taking back to the village. With that I think he if anyone can change Sasuke it would be Naruto so maybe

I believe things will be patched up. I mean, Sasuke and Naruto had been through a lot during their childhood [mainly Naruto] and once Sasuke opens his eyes and realizes that the past is past and there are important people that miss with their hearts, he will go back, have a year [or less] of house imprisonment, and restart with his life in Konoha.
