Although, I'm not going myself however as suggested in the other thread I figured there should be a thread with info on how to get there and where you can organize groups with other members in the guild to go together.

Currently the Westin is sold out. Only suites are available at the Doubletree and rooms are available at the Courtyard.

One thing you can do is maintain a list, ahead of time, of who is coming, who's tentatively coming, and who isn't. Then one or a few people (designated beforehand) call ahead to the hotels and make reservations.

Also, I don't know where y'all are coming in from, but a carpooling section would be handy for those within driving range (which I'd say is roughly a 300-mile radius).
