I have not dedicated myself to 'the Craft' as of yet for the simple reason that I don't believe I have learned enough about Wicca (or paganism in general) to dedicate myself to a pagan religion. However, what I'm requesting is any input you would have on how to research or... Well, I'd love to have links to sites that you enjoy reading/using or any books on Wicca. All I want is information on Wicca, particularly about the 'paths' and the God and Goddess.

It's good that you put off dedicating yourself to anything because you don't know enough yet 3nodding . I feel quite a few folks jump in and do a dedication right off the bat and learn later.

One of the sources I've found most helpful online about Wicca is the Amber & Jet mailing list. You do have to join it in order to access the archives and current convos and such.

There's the Wiccan FAQ here on Gaia that has a helpful OP.

For books, I'd recommend reading Gerald Gardner's books Witchcraft Today and The Meaning of Witchcraft. Ronald Hutton's Triumph of the Moon is also helpful as well.
