Victory Rifle

First go to RockBreakers Last Gas and take care of all the Enclave. Next look up towards the cliff and you will see a shack on top. Climb up the hill and enter the shack. Right to the right of the door there are two radroaches in a cage with pet names so thats pretty cool. In the locker in the back there is a sniper rifle called the Victory Rifle. It deals a great deal of damage and is the best rifle in the game so I highly recommend it. You need a lockpick of 100 to get in it

Yeah i used dog meat, though i have 100 lockpick now.
Its definitely the best sniper and one of my favorite weapons.

I use the Reservist's rifle for my sniping needs, but the victory rifle is pretty cool.

yeah, but i think that i will start to go 4 all the weapons that have names....

Do it.
Its gets really addicting trying to find all the better weapons and armor.
Then once you have them all/most, trust me, you want to change it to Very
Hard. Otherwise the game is way less fun.
