GUILD MEMBER CLEAN-OUT! (need volunteers)

Hello to the guild.

As your guild captain, it pains me to say that we need a guild member clean-out. But let's face it; it's true -- many members in this guild have never made a post, and others have stopped posting for unknown reasons. In order to make this guild cleaner and more active, we will be "cleaning out" the members.

Basically, we will take some steps in order to do this. There will be a set procedure, and I would like everyone's cooperation. Please post in this thread if you would like to volunteer to help. We need people to be PMing members and/or commenting on profiles.

>> STEP ONE: Contact all members who have not posted at all. This means 0 posts, and you can find these members by looking at the members list and see who has 0 posts. "Contact" means either PMing them or posting on their profiles.

>> STEP TWO: Ban the members who say they want to quit if they do not quit on their own. This step can only be done by crew-members.

>> STEP THREE: Contact people who haven't posted in a while. This means people who did not post in the Away thread, but have been away for over a month.

>> STEP FOUR: Ban the members who say they want to quit if they do not quit on their own. This step can only be done by crew-members.

>> STEP FIVE: Finalize anything else and everything else that needs to be done.

You can help, regardless of whether you are a crewmember or not!

[IF you are a crewmember, I expect you to help.]

If you are not a crewmember (or if you are), and you want to help, here's how:

♦ Follow the steps in the procedure in the first post in this thread that you can do. (PM/Comment on members' profiles). Use the code in the following post in order to do so, so it is organized and professional (as well as efficient).
♦ Be as nice and friendly as possible; act like a good diplomat. After all, you are representing the Surreal Sanctuary guild!
♦ List out every person you contact in this thread as a reply. In order to keep things organized, do NOT make a new person for every person you contact; instead, edit your first post over and over. This is so we know who we should not contact (since contacting a person more than once can be annoying...).
♦ Do NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT chat freely in this thread. I want to keep it organized, so only post your list of members. If you have any questions about what's going on, post in this thread. Thank you.
♦ Good luck! And thank you to all who are helping, or will help!

Yes, but send them another warning message just in case they accidentally deleted the first message, and tell them that you are going to ban them if they do not respond in [give a window of time] and then if they don't respond, ban them. xD
