2:try not to page strech(no penality first time but second time counts as a week penality)
3:dont ever EVER come complaining these rules are too strict(no penality from the first to the third... after that it's BLACKlist[eternal wath])

4 sad over all this is the most importtant) put topics in their respective forums or the graylist for a week first time, if the time expires and you enter a second time it increases to two weeks, 3 on the third... and so on... but if you get against the rules while STILL in the list... it's a one moth ban
