My friend who is gonna be joining Blackwater soon says they make a ******** of money.

He's currently part of Special Forces for the Air Force.

I would suggest a different company.... I worked for a contractor, i cant say who... (stupid confidentiality clause) and blackwater was one of our competitors. they just didnt hire solid guys. IMO.

Avoid Xe.

They've had a real issue with not keeping their end of any contract. Too many good folks got reamed by their sloppy mistakes. Like simple things such as providing armored vehicles when the conditions warranted, or proper number of team members per squad. Even stupid simple items like current intel on the region the teams were to operate in.

A lot of good families are really pissed over their losses. Pass Xe by and find a more reputable organization.
