Sleep scheduling issues

Of course I'm making this thread at three in the morning.

But it seems like no matter how little sleep I get I still end up staying up til five in the morning. I'm going to try and go to sleep after making this thread but it's starting to frustrate me.
I don't mind staying up all night but when I need to wake up earlier than noon it's troublesome.

Anyone else having sleep issues?

I had a lot of sleep issues this summer. Since I got used to staying up until 2 am or later at school-I couldn't go to sleep until then when I was home. It's gotten better though.

And then there are once and a while some random night I just can't get to sleep at all for no reason.

When I have trouble sleeping I try warm milk or lavender lotion.

I've always had problems with sleep. I'm a night owl, so I like to stay up late.

I'm a night owl too but it's not even me liking to stay up late anymore, it's just how it's been all summer.

I try to make sure that I get to bed at a good time and wake up at a o.k. time.
