Can anyone recommend any anime/manga to watch/read?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone could recommend me any anime/manga? i feel like a change from all the usual anime and manga I've gotten into and I would like to read/watch something different.

if you like gore and stuff, lefen lied and tirinity blood are grate animes. and buso ren kin is REALLY funny

Skip*Beat just came out as an Anime, and there's at least 18 manga Volumes.

Soul Eater is a great Anime, and it has a manga as well.

If you don't have an uneasy stomach, Higurashi: When They Cry, is a must read.
Last time I checked, there were three manga volumes out. It's also an Anime.
There's a great plot line, but you must watch both arcs of the story to understand it.

Well Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo was really good, it is my favorite so far. Its loosely based off the Novel "The Count Of Monte Cristo". Romeo X Juliet (Also loosely based off the novel/play by the same name) was pretty good as well.

If you wanna go more main stream, Fate/Stay Night shouldn't dissapoint. Nor should Angelic Layer.

It would help if you gave us a list of what your into.

I would highly recommend Kino's Journey and Natsume Yuujinchou.
It's a really beautiful anime, and is a good slice of life.

Then there's Trigun =D

and Hitman Reborn (i second the nominations for elfen lied, soul eater, and skip beat )

Well I watch so many anime and manga so these might be hard for me to pick which one....

ok here we go~ If you like...

- something light and funny~ I recommend K-on! anime and Aria the animation (3 complete season)

- magical girl with sweet love~ Shugo chara (anime and manga same good but manga much faster)

- anime that count as best anime~ I recommend Chrono crusade, ghost in the shell and Code geass

- Fun adventure with unique character~ One piece anime (still on going till now) and basquash! (new anime I'm watching now it's kinda interesting to watch)

- solving case and love between them~ Detective conan / case close (I love this anime or manga when it comes to love)

- something short (not so many episode)~ Munto

Hmmm, well Honey Hunt is a love triangle sorta thing. Well, actually a love square xD It sorta like Skip Beat, but if you read Hot Gimmick, then you'll like Honey Hunt cause they are the creators. Umm another cute one is The World God Only Knows, its where a demon girl from hell Elsee, needs to capture escaped demons who cam on earth and are hidden in girls hearts. Elsee who gets a partner (Katsuragi Keima) is known as "God" because her partner "God" is a huge video game freak on those dating sim games. He has to make the girls who has demons hidden inside them, fall in love with him. It really cute manga. Sorry i can't really reccomend Animes', i havent watched any lately. xP
