You can make it however clear or unclear you want that it's about them by (not) implying certain things, (not) including inside jokes, but try to keep it secret who it is destined for. Don't namedrop the person you wish to reach. (I can just imagine you, yes YOU thinking -what is the point? WHAT IS THE POINT?- well why leave some words unspoken, when there are other ways to say them without actually having 'said' them? If you catch my drift?)
