Do you believe that marijuana can be used for a religious reason?
I was watching something before, and this cop found marijuana on this person, that person stated, "I smoke pot, for religious reasons" and the cop stated that it did not matter.
Last time I remember, we were all to practice our religious rights, now the government can take that from them?

i dont think that, since more and more people start to support it back in the day there wasnt crap to prove anything and it was based on that a** because he knew it would hurt his lumber buis or something. but yeh its on the edge of being legalize... if you watch things on 420 ud be uptodate.

and they made it illegal because[cut me slack I forgot the names]
knew it would hurt lumber, oil, and paper industry
because hemp is cheaper, and easier to make into those products.
and government wise-
they still classify it as a drug,
because they don't recognize any spiritual/

And yes, that happen in the late 30's - though, nowadays they have a new show out which discusses this topic. The government does not classify weed as a drug, no longer - at least. And no, they don't - they do however recognize it as a medicine.
As of now, they only thing stopping from legalize is because they are scared if it would hurt them.

in some countries you will be sentenced to death for possession of marijuana. i cant remember the name of the country... but some pilot was flying around and stopped in that country for a bit and a drug dog smelled a molecule of hash on the tip of one his boots so he got the death sentence. there was some sort of law against it in the country because of religious reasons. tryin to remember which one it was... somewhere on the other side of world lol. thats some intense s**t tho. i need to remember what country it is so i dont go there... would get hanged for having some pollen on shirt lol

If they do actually use it in a religious manner and purposes they could easily get out of that but initially the officer has every right to arrest them on the spot and confiscate any on their persons and it could be resolved at a later date.
Well I think its the same issue in California we can get medical marijuana cards and be able to buy it from the clubs that get it from the government for people who use it "medically" and this law was not recognized by federal law only state law so the federal police started busting people and such. But just recently it is now recognized by federal law.

well i mean, i suppose it could be used for religious purposes. but i dont quite understand how... i totally get peyote and hallucinogens being really great means of having a spiritual experience.


i think weed is just good for putting things into perspective and grounding someone. but i dont think that its very spiritual. but this is also coming from my all around HATE for rastafarians.

i think theyre ******** worthless and should all just go back to ******** jamaica.
