Timeblades

Time is constant. It allways moves forward, no matter how much we want it to slow down, or stop. It moves constantly, even when we want it to go faster. It's pace is well worn, and as quickly as we stop to think about something it is suddenly our past. Today never was, Tomorrow never will be, for as soon as today becomes tomorrow, it is then today, and today becomes yesterday.

Maybe that's why it's suddenly becoming unraveled. Someone wanted time to stop so much, that they began tampering with the very fabric of time. And they did it to satisfy only their own needs, never thinking of the consequences of their meddling. And so time is falling apart, and only a few chosen warriors can stop the destruction of time itself and keep reality in balance. But we may talk of them later...

Without Time, there cannot be Space. Thus is why the Continuum exists. This Continuum known as SpaceTime has existed for centuries, through tyrants and democracy, through communism and feudalism. Forever has it lasted and forever it will, unless the meddler has their way. Thus is why the Timeblades, weapons of great power, were created. The blades are hidden on many worlds, and only a chosen few, the Heroes of All Time, can remove them from their pedestals and use them to halt the meddler and fix the Continuum. But what if they turn?

No one is perfect. It is a law of nature. The Timeblades do not choose who wields them. I have already done that. But they are artifacts of power. Should a Timeblade fall into hands seeking to ruin time, then the Continuum could be shattered, and all worlds, all life, would cease. This is why I must choose carefully.

4. No, you cannot control time. That's my job. Yours is to stop the meddler. Elemental control is a maybe, you have to justify your having it in some way.
5. Anyone wishing to play the Meddler, please PM me that you wish to do so. I will give you a profile skeleton.
6. Please try to be active. If you have to leave for an extended period of time, then tell us. I will do the same. I'm a busy fellow, so I will have to leave for a while myself on occasion.
7. No killing without permission. Rarely is this an issue.
8. You get three chances. Use them wisely.

They act like: He's the silent type, not because he's stupid, but more because he feels akward socially. He just describes himself as a good fighter, and nothing more.
And their story is: He was born into a rather wealthy family who believed that he should take up classes to weild broadswords, as the family was well known as sword fighters. When he turned twelve he could hold up a sword twice his weight and cut down logs thicker than his arm. He had a fast mind for learning, but he didn't interact with his classmates well. He focused on his studies, and at age 16 could hold a blade in one hand and hack down trees thicker than his waist. It was then that he graduated, and was met by father time, who asked him to come with him to help in a matter, of grave urgency. And thus his quest began.

And can't stand: Social situations, being surrounded by a lot of people.

Some interesting facts are: He had fought with the meddler once, but didn't know it at the time.

They act like: Kikyo can seem like a very cold person, but is very kind and can be nice, if you stay on her good side.
And their story is: As a kid, Kikyo was a loner. She strayed away from everyone, because she found them annoying. When she turned ten, her parents signed her up to study how to fight using a katana. She had natural talent, and was soon done with lessons and even teaching people herself. By then, she was 16. Father Time approached her, and she was given an offer she couldn't refuse. She accepted his quest.
They just love: Sleeping, proving people wrong, goofing off, and drawing
And can't stand: People in general, and being proven wrong.

Some interesting facts are: She is a little bit of a space case, and tends to act like a little kid around anyone she bothers to get to know.

They act like:Selce is a pretty lazy jokester. She won't do much unless she has to. She loves to sleep, and play jokes on people. Selce tend's to pick fights with her pranks, or any other way she can. She likes to fight and that's the only time she really will get serious. If you know her well, you may get to see her other side. That of a serious and lonely person, and she looks for the beauty in things.
And their story is: Selce found early that she liked to fight.Born from a noble family she was taught.On her tenth birthday she was given her crest. She would find anyone that she thought was a bully and beat them up. As she grew older, and they bigger and better armed, she had to learn some things. After one such encounter and she had lost, they had nearly killed her. But she healed quickly and learned to use a sword. She had never felt she used the right one until she started to use a flamberge. Eventually Father Time came to her and gave her Lunar Fang.

They act like: Determined, ruthless to enemies. Has a soft spot for dogs, children, and those in pain. Has sympathies for cursed creatures.
And their story is: Demien Anchev had everything about 3 years ago. He'd found the love of his young life, Ana, a girl he met in his Norwegian Boarding school; his Uncle, who was like a father to orphaned Demien, owned the majority of shares for a massive Russian Steel-working Corporation. He was getting good grades and major scholarships, and was deeply involved in a variety of sports and
They just love: Steak, Malted Milk balls, Rhodesian Ridgebacks (his favorite dog breed)
And can't stand: Cheese, bullies, cats
And their favorite song is: Yoko Kanno's Rise (he heard it by sheer chance)
Their appearance is: (Sorry...didn't realize how big it was...)
Some interesting facts are: Is good at training dogs, a great survivalist due to years traveling through the Scandinavian and Russian lands. Is highly skilled at stealth-based combat, hunting, tracking, detecting hidden foes due to hard-earned experience. Is a GREAT hit-and-run specialist, but is a decent melee combatant when needed. Fast, quiet runner. Is well-skilled with Germanic languages, slavic languages, Russian, and oddly English, which he learned for the sake of a challenge. Speaks quietly, is somewhat vague in word choice yet NEVER misunderstood. Speaks when he deems necessary, and chooses words carefully. Is skilled at hiding all emotion. It's not that he's unsociable, it's just that he has a deep, reflective mind. He thinks FAR more than he speaks. He's a great, thoughtful listener, and a trustworthy man.

Have long tormented: Michael
And so sent them on a quest against father time. They look like: [X]
Enjoy: Peace and quiet, anything that his ‘current character’ has said he likes.
And hate: Noisy, obnoxious people, those who do not know their places, failure, anyone or anything that hinders his own, self goals and quests.
Have a temperament of: Michael is man of many different faces. He is cool and calculative keeping his desires and thoughts under complete wraps. As that of a man with many faces, he puts one on that he deems to be the right one for the called situation and people. He is constantly aware of his surroundings and hardly ever let’s someone under his skin or toy with his mind; rather, he is the one to do that.

And also: Michael is in no way interested in having a relationship. He is a very logical man who neatly ties up any leads or weaknesses he has. He is not easily discovered but all in all he is a decent person to get along with. He is the type to ‘sever the rotten parts to save the whole’ meaning, if he deems a person useless or a hazard, he will dismiss them.

Heroes of All Time

Wanderers of time:

Of this, my toy: (Milika Brown)
Who plays with: (Longsword)
Which they call: (Espada Larga. Espada for short.)
They act like: (Mil is a wanderer. She has always loved to travel far and wide. Her personality reflects that of a person who doesn't stay in one place, distant and detached while also outgoing. She has to make acquaintances to get around of course. And she always does what is right by herself. She is her own person and no one will tell her any different.)
And their story is: (Mil was born to a traveling family in the not to distant future. So traveling was in her blood from the start. With all this traveling one does happen to get into trouble sometimes so Mil was basically forced to learn how to defend herself. At times she would stare at the stars and wonder what other kind of traveling there was, all the places that her family traveled to all looked and acted the same.

The day Father Time came to her was a regular day but it be came extraordinary. When Father Time asked of her help, Mil accepted under no conditions, only that she would be able to travel through out time. She loves going to the past and watching, and even sometimes participating, in major battle and wars. She has landed in the present by a fluke, not paying attention to what was going on around her and then accidentally throwing her self to this time.)

And can't stand: (Staying in one place for long periods of time, people trying to figure her out, people who dis her sword.)

Some interesting facts are: (Mil always has a bag with her ipod, a few necessities and a pair of glasses that she doesn't need but she uses them to make herself look smarter.)

Of this, my toy:Urk
Who plays with:Double headed Axe
Which they call:Pointy Stick
They act like:A caveman. Urk does not completely understand what has happened to him. He is both confused and mystified by the object he found, yet he is does not wish to abandon the weapon for the powers of intellect it has granted him. Had he not found the axe, he would have been stuck in the cave and would have likely been unable to think of a way out.
And their story is:Urk was a mere Neanderthal before he found the Timeblade while he was searching for food. After finding it at the end of a cave, the cave collapsed and he was trapped. While his tribe left without him, all was not lost. After touching the strange pointy stick, his mind gained a massive update. However, his ancient mind was not able to process all the information and once and does shut down. It was a few days later that he awoke and tunneled his way out of the cave using the axe. While he was not sure what was going on, he knew things were never going to be the same again.

And can't stand:Rain, thunder, winter, death, hunger

Their appearance is:Urk
Some interesting facts are:Before finding the Timeblade, was just another Neanderthal. After he found it, it evolved his mind to a level similar to his cousins, Homo sapiens sapiens. However, his mind still requires time to adapt to all the information.

They act like:Serena is a quiet person, but that doesn't stop her from doing the things she likes to do. She is incredibly stubborn, but she is fiercely loyal to her friends and would do anything for them.
And their story is:She was abandoned from her parents at the age of five. She had a deep hatred for the Soliel family line ever since she was forced to bounce from family to family because nobody wanted her. Unfortuantely, she doesn't know anyone from her mother's side. When she was kicked out of her uncle's house at seventeen for stealing his flyssa, she began wandering alone.
Father Time visited her and it was the first time Serena felt loved. She accepted the lone fact that she would be a wanderer and have time powers because she was, and still is, just happy to be needed by someone.
