We were watching that new show, The Great Debate on VH1 and the debate was Garfeild vs. Snoopy. . . and Snoopy won. I would have to respectfully disagree with that. I like Garfeild more. I want a do-over! What do you guys think? Garfeild or Snoopy?

Meh. I don't really like either, but if I had to choose one, I'd pick Snoopy.
I HATED the two Garfield movies that were made and I cannot stand any of the other movies or cartoons. Not sure why, but I just hate Garfield.

Snoopy is cute and I love his little bird friend, but I grew up watching the Garfield cartoon so I'm more fond of him.

The Garfield movies were terrible, yeah.
I enjoy the comics to an extent though.
My vote went with him.

The reason I like Garfeild is because instead of eating mice, they do his biding, he loves lasagna, and he's not "over weight," he's "under tall"! I just never really liked Snoopy all that much. But I hated the new live-action Garfeild movies.
Garfeild because I ended up watching him more than Snoopy. Plus, Snoopy wasn't ever really a joker, was he? I thought the joker was that little bird that followed him around.
hmm... but I watched the Looney Tunes more than Garfield and Snoopy put together as a kid, too, so Bugs Bunny would still be top. blaugh
