good idea kyo dear but you have to give a warning first before you ban and no you can't simi-ban. If the problem continues you may then ban but only after you issue a warning and the warning is not followed.

v.v awww. I wanted to ban some people.... Oh well. And that's sad that you can't semi-ban.... They should make that kind of option... And doesn't this kind of count as a warning? Or should I give them another warning?

i know they should have semi-ban and yes you have to pm them and warn them and no you can't ban them for saying oyu are weird because you kinda are and you know it.
