Fiery Eternity
It’s been a long time since the last war... A long time since any of us fought. This is why we weren’t prepared for the worst when it struck. An invasion struck our homelands and tore us from our comfortable living. Now all of us... average people... Your quote unquote normal people... must find a way to defend our homes and our country from an evil which we had not seen more near a century. A portal opened somewhere in the south and the towns nearest to it fell under its demonic influence, causing them to become slaves and demons themselves. They mobilize with the true might of the demonic legions which assault our lands. You must rise up and defend your homes... or fall under the control of the Demon Lords which march on the war path to the north.
The Homeland
A large country with forests and cities, villages, towns, rivers segment the landscape as do lakes. Hilly regions make the country very difficult to move on as they obstruct views of the path ahead to the wheat fields and other fields of the area. Livestock dot many areas of the land as well as wild animals which seem rather tame. The south is now covered in a reddish black haze which makes the ground seem unholy, with a large black and red gate near the far south of the country. The north holds a great many number of keeps and castles, built in the old days to fortify a peace pact with provinces in the great nation. Now the old ways are being brought back and used to fight against the force which assaults the homes and people of the country.
