Edgar Alan Poe's complete collection of his stories and poems... all in one, really big book... Most thought it was myth or an urban legend... And I found it. =_,=

Lawl. I found mine in BJ's next to a collection of thirty-seven short stories of Sherlock Holmes (which I also got). Huh, usually if it winds up in BJ's it's almost always never anywhere else. XP

Really? Heh heh...

What's BJ's?

It's a large department store, I guess. It's kind of like an airship hangar turned into an 'all goods' store where you can get anything you could possibly want. Er, the lower end versions or cheaper higher versions of anything. =D They're growing fast, too. I mean, they already beat WalMart in my book for selling needed items, but they're not expanding their 'want' items enough to actually get up into a seat at the Marketplace God's Hall of Paranoia. I suppose so. Though I always thought Costco was some small gas station company. XP

Heh heh...

don't you just hate when something deeply ingrained into your consciousness turns out not to be true?

Yes... >_> *flashback happy memories with imaginary monkies and sea turtles and Easter bunnies, dancing in the corn fields on cool Autumn days* ... Yeah...

Eeeeeeeeeeeew Edgar Allan Poe.
I liked the poem of his I read, about his love across the sea or something? Last year, in school. That was awesome. heart
But his stories are SO depressing. "The Tell-Tale Heart"? EW. I am SO over reading that every year in English since like 5th grade. TOTALLY serious about that.
But really? When it comes down to it, Charlotte Perkins Gilmore's "The Yellow Wallpaper" is SO much more awesome. This, I adore. If you haven't read it, you need to.
But Poe...ugh. Everything that I've read of his was a waste of my time. If I want something that depressing and boring, I'll go slit my wrists. But no. I will REFUSE to read anything more of his.
Total. Waste. Of. My. Time.
Never again.
