New Moon

As everyone who liked Twilight should know by now, there's a New Moon movie coming out in November. The director of Twilight will NOT be directing New Moon. Instead, the director of New Moon will be Chris Weitz, director of other popular films such as American Pie & The Golden Compass.

Do you believe Chris Weitz will do a better job with New Moon than Catherine Hardwicke did with Twilight?

I think that ANYBODY can do a better job than Catherine Hardwicke, but I'm a fan of Chris Weitz's work, so I think he'll do a pretty decent job. The trailers for New Moon are already better than the trailers for Twilight were, if that says anything (& I think it does).

Though I believe Weitz will do better, I also know it is IMPOSSIBLE to do worse. And Weitz may be a skilled director, but he has little to work with. He has a low-budget, short-timeline movie that every Twitard wants to be absolutely perfect.

OMG! New Moon was fantastic! Special effects were freakin' awesome, & there's a great cliffhanger at the end! My mom & I both have already read the books, but at the end of New Moon, we both said "NOOOOO!!!!!!11112"
It was great. Soooo much better than Twilight!

It was a lot better than Twilight, quality-wise. I was actually pleasantly surprised, but at the same time disappointed that it wasn't as unintentionally funny xD

It wasn't too humorous, though I did find some of it rather humorous.

I watched it for Justin Chon.
And I was pleasantly surprised at his usual Comedy Relief roles. =w=
