SimPE?

Can anyone direct me to a safe (as in virus free) site to download a SIM PE? And maybe a site that''s virus free that has instructions on how to use it? At the very least, a link to a place to download a Sim PE for free? Please and thank you? If you do and I can figure it out, I might upload some stuff and put links up for you guys to use (might...can't make any promises that I'll actually figure out how to work the thing).

How dangerous is SimPE?

I was told that I could change relations, as in making relatives out of sims who weren't related to begin with with SimPE. Is this true? If so, how can I do it?

SimPE is free to use, there's never any charge. If you found a link that you have to pay for, it's illegal because Quaxi made it to be free.
It's also virus free. You can get it off the main site, here Once you agree to the disclaimer (which is pretty basic), you can download it and off you go.
One tip: SimPE is notoriouly slow loading, so make sure you have lots of time on your hands when you wants to use it.
