The month of Ramadan is a blessed month, where we insha'Allah get great great rewards for even the smallest good actions. It would be so good if all of us spent our time fasting reading Qur'an, learning Surahs, and reviving our deen, our faith.

I spend too much time on the pc already, and I realised I'm going to be really really sad if Ramadan is over and all I did was sit behind the pc, and I didn't take advantage of this blessed month.

Life is like a race, we should try to gather as many good deeds as we possibly can, and Allah (swt) has given us the month of Ramadan to give an extra boost to every good deed.

If anything I'd wish for time to go *slower* while I'm fasting, so I can do more! =)

What about your Dhuhr prayer (and Asr)? I don't know where you live or what your prayer times are.

Of course your fast is not invalid for sleeping throughout the day, but think about all the good things Allah (swt) will give you if you stay up, read Qur'an, pray Sunnah & Nawafil or learn ^___^

The Imam after Tarawih yesterday held a lovely talk and spoke about the blessings of Ramadan, of Tarawih and Sunnah/Nawafil prayers. He said that Allah (swt) on the day of judgement will ask a person about their prayers. If they are complete (he hasn't missed any) then he is fine. But if they are incomplete, Allah looks to his Sunnah and Nawafil prayers, because they are used to "fill the gaps" in the fardh that you missed.

So many prayers in Ramadan, and they can all be used to make up the balance for any prayers that you might have missed biggrin Alhamdulillah.

But again, brothers and sisters, I ask you to please take advantage of the blessings of this month to do good things =) to read Qur'an, and seek to please Allah.

Cross the sentence after the elipses. I stay on the computer and time for iftari just comes

The time seems to really fly by for me. I wake up at 4:00 to eat for Sahari, do Fajr namaz and then read the Quran. Take a shower, study for school, and then leave. When I come home, I'm really exhausted from the heat (it's a little hard going throughout the day in over 100 degree weather) and so I nap for a while, do homework and then it's already time for Iftari!

You can also survive on ramadhan by eating as many as food as you can when you are *Sahur*.
