The Sims 2: Holiday Party Pack

Just came out November 17th.

Contains 40 new items, for Christmas, Hannukah, Easter, Kwanzaa, etc.

Not actually considered an expansion pack, more like a mini-expansion. It's probably cheaper than Nightlife and University.

You can actually buy it right off the Sims2 website.

It isn't in stores, you have to buy it off of the website. That is as far as I know, I looked in the stores for 2 or 3 days before I finally gave up and got it offline. The people at GameStop looked at the upcoming games and it didn't say anything about Holiday Party Pack coming to GameStop anytime soon.

It looks really nice. Maxis made it mostly because people were asking for holidays.

I thought it was, you can have a New Year's Bash and toast with Father Time. Just depends on how much you care about having holiday stuff and if you wanna decorate houses for Christmas. It has some Halloween stuff in it too.

Well, it's only a bunch of new items, not a real expansion, so... maybe thats why. I like it, because I'm all about making my sims houses look all nice. Some people just like playing the game.

But its JUST a bunch of new items, playing with it should be no different than getting a bunch of downloads then playing.

They sell it 3nodding Saw it at walmart (whwre else xp ). There is no point in getting at all you get are different itmes that's about it. So unless your so obsessed with the sims you just have to get it, adon't bother. Nightlife look sgood though 3nodding

I think what you are looking for is an expansion pack. This IS NOT supposed to be an expansion pack, it adds NOTHING to your game other than some nice new items.

Mrrr, it would be fun to have those... but it's sad, if they're releasing merchandise that just adds items. You know they're making money off of us when people will buy that too.... V_V
