My brother, who also likes the postapocalyptic stuff, told me about this book by Cormac McCarthy.

From the description he gave and what he thought about it, it seems friggin epic.
The 'Winner of the Pulitzer Prize' sticker on the book is a plus.

This is somewhat lolzie. Some of the books had the sticker 'Oprah's Book Club' I wtfed and asked myself, "is this the right book?"

Yeah, it's the right book. It won Oprah's 2007 reward, IIRC.

I picked it up from the library once, but I didn't get very far. It's kind'a difficult what the characters are saying, he writes (edit) dialogue differently than most authors.

Yeah, that's what my brother said, and he likes that style.

I haven't started reading it yet. Got other books ahead of it.
Also playing Fallen Earth and I have school. Not much time for anything else.
