I am going to try and make my own anime but, I have one problem.
I do not have a good animation program other then Windows Movie Maker thing but, it don't work as good.Anybody know a animation program I can download for free?If its not free post the name of it and how much it is please.

i know of this one program thats like 30 bucks forgot the name though
