How many of you were threatened by that? Maybe angered a little? What about making you feel like you had to beat me in whatever mysterious game I'm playing? If you answered yes to any of those questions then you're most likely very competitive.
I'm just curious how many of you are competitive? You have to beat someone whether they know you're playing against each other or not?
I'm extremely competitive but a graceful loser so people tend not to notice. I played better at this orchestra concert tonight than I have for the first month of the year so far. Why? Nerves and I was ANGRY that the girl next to me was louder and playing better so I had to out do her. I couldn't let her beat me! (My normal standpartner wasn't there. I was with someone I didn't know)
(By the way, even though there is no game. I'M STILL WINNING.)

I have my moments at times but mainly try to not let it get to me.
I answered no to the questions, and when I saw the topic I was thought...
....ok.....?

That's good. I just think some mundane things are kind of fun if you're competing with someone.
I thought it'd confuse some people too. xD

I'm only competitive when it comes to my friends because they're all sore winners.
When I win I don't say anything.

I feel like a competitive b***h now. All you easy going people.

I think I can be competitive but like you a graceful loser. ^_^ But i"m not always competitive. I just get that way when the other person is over confident or arrogant. heart

Zizzykitty Sore winner suck. They make me want to beat them more. Same here. I have a friend who mentions it even after it's been a while. "I totally owned him in Halo 3 the other day." He beat me by one point every time he won. One reason is because I committed suicide on purpose by throwing a grenade at a wall. His girlfriend had interrupted our game by calling. She does that. A lot. I hate when good things happen to him because of his superiority complex.

I've actually got a bit of a superiority complex too, I just don't announce it. You should beat the snot out of him one day, literally or in a game. I'm sure it would piss him off.

It pisses him off that I don't trash talk or teabag.

Why does he want you to trash talk him? I don't understand that.

Why does he want you to trash talk him? I don't understand that. Ah, I see. He thinks I'd have more fun (I wouldn't). He has this weird thing where he thinks he knows what would make my time more fun. Like when we all go to a restaurant, he thinks I have to buy something to have fun. He bugs me until I do. The truth is, I have less fun when I do that because I have less money and I didn't want the item in the first place.
