If we're talking Danny Elfman just about anything from any of the movies he had music in. I personally recommend the Breakfast Machine and the Beetlejuice theme song. biggrin

Radiohead.

What kind of music in particular? If it's dance music, I can't help you there. If it's just something to chill to, then Radiohead.
Some of their later albums. Their first was kinda iffy.
Listen to their album In Rainbows. It's pretty weird, yet awesome, stuff.

Oh Jesus. Any of Elfman's movie music, seriously - The Corpse Bride and The Nightmare Before Christmas come to mind.

Also, see if you or a musician friend more creative than myself can extend the music from http://scp-455.ytmnd.com/ into a more detailed composition - something at least four minutes long, say.

See also:
- Most of the Wanted soundtrack.
- Gary Jules's cover of "Mad World".
- "Hurt", by NIN or Johnny Cash
- Singing's "Rustle of Spring". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ga_sM1ankFM
- Blitzen Trapper's "Furr": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqtlcHiSHTE
- Grieg's "Ase's Death": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ei3zSSXKigc
- The music from the Mars level of the original Descent: http://www.filedropper.com/game08
- "The Slide", by the Dresden Dolls.
- "Der Hölle Rache", from "The Magic Flute" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvuKxL4LOqc (starting from 2:00 - unless you understand German the dialogue will be uninteresting)
- Trading Yesterday's "Shatter": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttxoz-GzoRU
- Almost anything by Sabaton, although nothing from their first album.
- "The Green Fields of France", by the Dropkick Murphys. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OqStasuU328
- VNV Nation's "Further" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gz0UEjisP1A
- A Perfect Circle's "The Fiddle and the Drum" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_B6kheJ8zks
- "Before the Storm" by Hail of Bullets: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5npSPxyqXB8 (from start to maybe 2:00)
- Shirona's "Ki Eleicha", if you can find a half-decent recording of it (or hell, buy it on iTunes).
- "Wooden Pints": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIc4VHxU7iM
- Whatever the hell is from Dimmu Borgir: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3ZYKSDbwQE
- Ignore the politics and just listen, okay? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mJb_Cp-xYs
- Red Alert 3 music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDQ7hXMLxGc
- More RA3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kstxATM5Jo
- And of course Tchaikovsky. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oy-bDe6PBp0

This is an eclectic mix. "The Slide" is potentially very disturbing. "Mad World", "Ase's Death" and "The Green Fields of France" are virtually guaranteed to make people cry. However, "Rustle of Spring" is a very plain and simple kind of lovely.

Are you my ******** identical b*****d twin, separated from birth and only now meeting again?

I was just listening to that very video today. That video is actually favorite'd by me.

And the song has a name, on the video itself. Puritania - Dimmu Borgir

Speaking of them...

The sacrilegious scorn: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9cqKafnUrk&feature=channel
Progenies of the Great Apocolypse: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joEAb_y7ZYA

that's all I have, I'm not a big fan of theirs.

And to throw some crazy s**t into the mix... Arch Enemy - My Apocolypse http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZM-d2qD15E&feature=related
This woman scares the bloody crap out of me. She scares me so much my p***s became an innie. I've become a woman thanks to her!

So..
Lordi - Would You Love a Monsterman (new video)
Monsterman original video

Marilyn Manson - This is Halloween!
And of course the original :3
Boys and girls of every age, would you like to see something strange
come with us and you will see, this our town of Halloween! biggrin

The Monster Mash (a favorite of mine)

Dragula - Rob Zombie! XD
(favorite rob zombie song... about burning witches and vampires and...stuff)

Ozzy - Bark at the Moon
(hey it's about werewolves and it's my favorite Ozzy song and the fast as hell guitar solo makes me hard)

And of course no Halloween music list can be complete without MJ - Thriller, best music video EVER.
