GOTY? is this a DLC or something? or am i makeing assumptions?

i already have all the DLC so not much point in me getting it,oh and for spending an extra £36 on their DLC they give me a free theme forth £1!!! scream

Frankly, I'm kinda glad I bought them all, because Bethesda sent me a Fallout 3 premium theme!

Yeah, It would be worth the 250 MS points I don't have. I got all the DLC and didn't get it for free. Though I really like this ODST them I have.
