7.5mm

Does anybody here know anything about the French 7.5mm cartridge? I know it's rare and expensive, but what I need to know is how much kick it had compared to, say, 30.06 or 8mm from World War 2. Does anybody have that information?

According to the kinetic energy of rounds (via wikipedia), it's about halfway between x54r and .30-06 (adjusted for bullet mass). Less than x54r and .303, but greater than -06.

For a .30 round, bullet mass seems to tend toward the lighter end.
