Gif program?

Is there a free, good program where you can make gifs with frames?

I use UnFreez. It's easy. Just click and drag the gif files, choose whether you want it to Loop or not, then adjust the animation speed. Works great. :3

Well you have to download a torrent. (Illegally)

I do use Photoshop(cs3). They have a built in animation panel. I'm sure some programs may be easier for gifs with more than 100 Frames. Photoshop won't let me make gifs more than 100 because it can't make enough virtual memory.
