usps lost my vape

so i got a silver surfer vape the dimmer knob brook off when my friends dog ran into it i send it to the company and the fix it for $10 so i wait for 5 weeks and give them a call asking where it is they say it was sent back sep 1 so i start to call the usps people for like 3 hours had to call the vape place back which is in Colorado long sortie short i got it back and now feel i will just fix s**t my self
