Back in 2001 when Bionicle first started, they were relatively small, but now they have gotten larger... Has anyone else noticed this?

I can kinda picture that, because of the ability to bend the knees now.

Yeah... I also noticed that their arms are growing even more disproportionate. Frustrates me. I fix them all. twisted

It's almost a decade since the first sets. Times like these I feel so old.

Back in the day with gear functions over posability, back in the day with collectible masks instead of launchers, back in the day with MNOLG. I'd kill for a nostalgic return.

what they need to do is bring back the old versions but just with proportional sizes and bendable limbs, that would be awesome

I agree. And, you know, I'm getting really tired of the piraka/ inika build. They leave very little room for creativity and adjustments.

Unfortunately, LEGO says it's stopping at Stars. There goes the sets for the future. Thankfully, the storyline is intact.

Yeah, but at the same time I'm a little happy. BIONICLE has been a great toyline and LEGO knows when it should end. Besides, aren't there some franchises that went on for years and have seemed to become bland?

Oh, I suppose so. It's just sad to see Bionicle come to an end. And just before the 10 year anniversary.
